Multi-Zone Centrifugal Continuous Screening
ADS Screening
The ADS double screen combines hole pre-screening and slot fine screening. The ADS FINER model features an additional deflaking function and the ADS F model allows fractionation to take place immediately after the pulper.

Applications
- Medium consistency slot screening of coated broke
- Medium consistency slot screening of OCC or mixed waste
- Fractionation immediately after the pulper with a flake-free long fiber fraction
Benefits
- Outstanding efficiency with heavily contaminated pulps
- Possibility to work at higher consistency due to the high de-flocculation in the first chamber
- Possibility to run fine slots directly after pulping
MZ Screening
The MZ screen is an intermediate screen between the conventional screen and the ID2 and ID3 screens. The MZ uses the Ultra-V mechanical base and includes several screening zones. This allows to decrease the fractionation effect and increases the accept consistency.

Applications
- Medium consistency screening with fine slots
Features and Benefits
- Reduced thickening factor (little dilution of the accepts)
- Excellent screen to control the highest possible consistency at the accepts
- The best compromise to feed refiners
- Excellent screening efficiency
